And He said to them, To you it has been given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God, but to those outside, all things are in parables,\r\nIn order that seeing they may see and not perceive, and hearing they may hear and not understand, lest they turn and it be forgiven them.\r\nTopic\uff1a<\/strong>The Parables of the Kingdom of God\r\nEmphasis\uff1a<\/strong> In this chapter we see four parables concerning the kingdom of God, with four different aspects of the kingdom of God, which are all quite mysterious and difficult to understand. Therefore, He said in the verses twelve: \u201clest they turn and it be forgiven them.\u201d Here \u201clest\u201d in Greek is \u201c\u03bc\u1f75\u03c0\u03bf\u03c4\u03b5\u201d, which also could be translated into \u201c perhaps\u201d . God is not afraid of our turning, and He wishes that we would seek Him so we can find Him (Matthew 7:7).\r\nMeditate\uff1a<\/strong>Facing these four parables of the kingdom of God, what\u2019s your attitude? \r\nPrayer\uff1a<\/strong>Lord, help me become a person to study Your words sincerely.\r\nHymn\uff1a<\/strong>Seek ye first<\/a>\r\n
