The signs of an apostle

(9/30) |

Verses:2_Corinthians 12:1 ~ 12:21
Key Verse:9-10. And He has said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is perfected in weakness. Most gladly therefore I will rather boast in my weaknesses that the power of Christ might tabernacle over me. Therefore I am well pleased in weaknesses, in insults, in necessities, in persecutions and distresses, on behalf of Christ; for when I am weak, then I am powerful.
Topic:The signs of an apostle
Emphasis:On one hand, apostles receive visions and revelations; on the other hand, God humbles them by means of suffering and weakness, so that they may experience His grace and power which enables the visions and revelations to be wrought into them.
Meditate:“My power is perfected in weakness” is a key spiritual principle. We all have weakness, but have you learned to let the power of Christ tabernacle over you?
Prayer:Thank You, Lord for your sufficient grace. Please remind me to apply your power and grace when I am weak and in suffering. “All sufficient grace, Never powerless!”
Hymn:312 Grace! ’tis a charming sound
