Satan’s ending and two judgments
Verses:Revelation 20:1 ~ 20:15
Key Verse:6. Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection; over these the second death has no authority, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with Him for a thousand years.
Topic:Satan’s ending and two judgments
Emphasis:Satan will first be cast into the Abyss. Then he will be released after one thousand years. Eventually, he will be cast into the lake of fire. According to the parable of “ten virgins” in Matthew 25:1-13, the believers will participate in the first resurrection, but not all will enter into the wedding. The second resurrection is for those who did not obey the gospel. They will be judged before the great white throne according to their deeds.
Meditate:The judgments of the great white throne will be according to each one’s deeds. Think about how difficult it is to pass such a judgment.
Prayer:Lord, thank You for making me clear about the ending of Satan and his followers. Thank You, Lord, that I have been justified by Your precious blood.
Hymn:79 All praise to Him who reigns on high
